RCFL Nurse Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for the Nurse Grade II position at RCFL is designed to ensure that the most qualified candidates are chosen. It involves two stages: an Online Test and a Skill Test.
Online Test
The Online Test is divided into two parts: Discipline-related questions and Aptitude-related questions. The test will last for 90 minutes and will consist of 100 questions in total. Out of these, 80 questions will cover the course curriculum of the relevant degree or diploma qualification, each carrying two marks. The remaining 20 questions will focus on General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Awareness, with each question also worth two marks. It’s important to note that there will be negative marking for incorrect answers, so careful consideration is advised when answering.
Skill Test
Candidates who perform well in the Online Test will be provisionally shortlisted for the Skill Test, based on a ratio of 1:7, meaning 7 candidates will be selected for each available position. To move forward to the Skill Test, candidates must have scored above zero marks in the Online Test. The Skill Test is qualifying in nature and will be conducted shortly after the Online Test. There will be no personal interview stage for this recruitment, as the Skill Test serves as the final assessment for workmen category candidates.
